COOL CONDO ? MIRROR REFLECTION
Anyone know what this is?

Your "Cool Condo. Reflections" photo in the "Cool and Unusual (Airplanes) section is a solar reflector power station - It "aims" the sun's concentrated light from the large reflective parabolic mirror by focusing those rays into the "house" structure in front. There the light heats water into steam -> which drives the power station's turbines.
A good idea at the time, but it was not economical: Too little power was produced for too few hours a day with too many lost days due to clouds and bad weather for way too much money spent building the thing to ever make it practical.
